On Friday or Thursday the 29th Outsurance confirmed that Netstar will give me a shout to arrange for the fitment of a unit in my car at the dealership. No one phoned me. I phoned your call center on Monday but the line kept looping and I could not get through to a person. I then phoned Outsurance on Tuesday (again) and they tried to get hold of your call center and they confirmed that they will get someone from Netstar to give me a call. Not having any alternative choice I then drove through to your fitment center at Vodaworld Midrand. They confirmed that the Netstar call center had a new database system and that you are struggling to keep up with all the calls. They also needed a reference number from the call center to start with the fitment. I then again phoned your call center and the line kept looping. I then again phoned Outsurance and they again tried to get hold of you. To the best of my knowledge they put me through to one of your consultants or you phoned me back. It is absolutely absurd how bad your service was the past week. For the sake of good order, I herewith formally request a refund of my telephone cost of R150 to Outsurance and to your call center.
