Courtesy car booking cancelled

My car has gone for repairs and Outsurance booked a courtesy car for me on Monday 29 July. When I got to AVIS to collect the car at around 6:15 pm the booking had been cancelled by Outsurance. They didn't call me in advance to tell me they are canceling the car booking and give reasons for the cancellation. I was stranded at OR Tambo with no car to go home in Pretoria at night. When I called Outsurance the next morning I spoke Lillian who said her Manager Isabel will phone me. Isabel never phoned me. 3 days later Thursday I phoned and spoke to Cavian who also says Isabel will call me. I explained that I've been waiting for Isabel's call since Tuesday but Cavian insisted that Isabel will call. I am currently without a car and using public transport and cabs. These are very expensive
