I called in to lodge a cliam,
the manner in which was handled by Andrew was just simple...
he just referred me to the company website but,
he went the extra mile to ensure that i am logged in and that i understand each and every step.
he was very curtious to ask me about what are my personal interests in sports.
a job well done.
