I applied online for a new bank account with FNB, I received an sms to collect my new card at Wonderpark branch. I went there on saturday morning and I was directed by a lady who was mananging the que to stand on the que for collection. After standing in a long que for more than an hour becasuse there was only one lady working at collection, The lady at collections rudely told me that she will not be able to assist me because I was supposed to go to the consultants. She was ot even bothered when I told her that I was waiting for more than an hour and i was directed to her, She just said unfortunately I have to stand in another long quee that was out of the door for the consultant. The lady who directed me to the que couldnt help me either, she only said she is sorry. For a new client, I am very dissapointed with the bank that is asking how can I help you. I was hoping to build a relationship with FNB, but after such a treatment from the staff members, I am re considering.
