I am writing this report as i am sitting in the queue at the fnb somersetmall branch. I need to close an account i no longer need. I arrived at the at 9:45 and have been sitting and waiting till 10:45 for service. There is only 4 desks and only 3 people serving. If this is how long it takes on a wednesday not on a busy time of the month what is it like on a paydate? I got to the front, a lady started serving me and then so one else came the first lady signed off her work station and the other lady signed on, not explaining to me why. This added to the delay. Poor service
