Poor service delivery

We had storm damage 3 weeks ago, and been on the phone calling standard bank, eventually I submitted my claim online and one of the consultants said to speed up the claim I should get my own quotes and builders stating that our floor and ceiling are damaged. I have mailed and phoned and I just don't get any feedback. We have never experienced such bad service from any of our other Insurers. This is ridiculous. I phoned this morning after timing the call of 21, 8 min spoke to a lady Yola in the storm department who was offline she said and said she will contact me back. Still waiting. I have had it with this people I pay for nothing every month.
