I want someone to go to my homeloans record... NOW. and tell me who changed my debit order details.
As STD bank has been debiting my Home loan correctly in order since Dec to May this year... now from last month I have been getting SMS saying that am in arreas with my paymenst... which now i got a call to say i should pay my home loan am behind... which am getting paid on the 27th and my debit order was de 27th each month. and if i got paid early they would debit the very same day. Now this is going to affect my credit record and if i find this happening will take this matter up.

Now someone must tell me or call me and say am on arreas as i am not going to pay arrears which i did not creat. I want this to be fixed now and i dont want to pay any interest charges. I called last month after receiving an SMS and angent told me it was a mistake my homeloan is up to date.
FIX THIS MATTER NOW AS I DONT WANT MY CREDIT RECORD TO BE AFFECTED OR IF IT HAS BEEN AFFECTED PLEASE FIX IT NOW AS NEXT YEAR I WILL BE APPLYING FOR SECOND BOND AND LET THEM TELL ME I HAVE BEEN A BAD PAYER BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENT STAFF OR SYSTEMS. SOMEONE PLIZ FIX THIS NOW AND CALL ME.CARL JST CALLED ME
