Ond cancellation conviently never received

I phoned 0860123001 to get the bond cancellation fax number. Got given 0861111132. Faxed the letter on 18 sept 2013 with all relevant info on. I have the fax confirmation report that it was sent successfully. But when i husband spoke with standard bank to confirm the cancellation they conviently claim to never have received it. I phone 0860101101 to register a complaint. Ref#56389013 was told i was given the wrong fax number. Said they would register the complaint and sms the complaint number. Have not receiced anything! Is this how banks make money? By being
