So after ther hello peter complaint we were told to send our letter with fax confirmation which was done. Today received an email stating that NOW it has been received and notice will expire march 2014!!! What utter nonsense!
Is it ok for banks to treat us like??? Because they gave the wrong fax number we must be pay the interest penalty on early cancellation??? Is this fair banking practises???
