Coen van Dyk did all in his power to assist but ABSA does not come through. I have logged 4 complaints with regards to the same matter and still no sight of it being resolved after 8 weeks. Paperwork signed and completed only to be inform that the incorrect documents were supplied and this after I was phoned to come and sign documents after logging the second complaint. Shocking to say the least!!! I am shocked seeing as I am one of their primary clients, my request being approved within 30min, only to wait another 8 weeks for more excuses! Might want to consider changing their name for ABSA to Apses!!
