INSURANCE Disgust MUTUAL AND FEDERAL

2 months ago a women neglected to stop at a intersection and drove into my family. Mutual and Federal are refusing to pay the full claim to which there client was and had admitted to being 100% the cause of the accident. They are paying out 15% of the cars value to which their client is fully responsible for. They are rude and never get back to you, i had to call them evetyday for the past 2 months to get any feedback from Shaeda Nicholas. She promised to call me back and never did at anytime.
