Total incompetence

I have been trying to get my provident fund from Alexander Forbes since before 21 November and have been sent from pillar to post since then. On every occasion when I phone them they ask for a copy of my ID and proof of banking details which I always email to them and get an email confirming receipt of documents then after that nothing happens until I phone them again and I'm asked for the same documents again. Nobody has the decency to phone me and give feedback on my claim, they always wait until I call them and only then do they ask for the same things
