My policy was incepted last year November. 30 days I had to wait in order to use some of the benefits. When I tried to make an appointment at the doctor I was unsuccessful. I called Oneplan Health Insurance and the gentleman told me everything was active, but on my phone I was told that I am not. I have proof of that. For 2 months money has been taken off my bank account and I want a refund and this pathetic excuse of a policy cancelled. If I do not receive a refund I will be taking this further. I have spoken to the ombudsman for short term insurance and they are happy to help my case if I am unsuccessful here. I want my refund and I am not making another payment next month as I am told via text message that another payment will be going off. I give no authorization for this!
