I cancelled my policy in August (after years of issues) and I see now on my internet banking that OnePlan still tried to subtract the money from my account. Now I'M paying the bank costs for a failed order?!!! DO WHAT I ASKED AND CANCEL THE POLICY!!! Does no-one there understand our simple language of ENGLISH?
I'm so tired of being nice and smiling and saying "It's okay". I'm over it.
