Simplefied. no chance

I have just spent my day driving to and trough from this branch 4 times trying to activate my internet banking service. Each time after waiting in que for at least half an hour, my details are changed and I'm given new log in details. Only to drive back to work try to log in to find the log in details are wrong. So back to branch again. I now phoned help line only to be told that user name supplied to me on print out does not exist. If this is simplified banking I'd rather have complicated. I'm closing my account in the morning
