Sasolburg Capitec Service extremely Disappointing!

I changed my cellphone and needed the download link in order to activate my internet banking. I called the Capitec call centre for assistance and they indicated that I would have to go in to the branch to solve my problem. After 3 visits to the Sasolburg branch (in a 2 week period) and numerous phone calls to Bontle Mogaph and Connie Mthembu, I was not able to get this probelm solved. both these Capitec employees sent me in circles in trying various options. every time resulted in dismal failure, they even called their own call centre and could get no help. this is definitely not SIMPLIFIED BANKING!!! this is incompetence to an insurmountable level!!! I definitely regretted swtiching banks!!! I then decided to give Capitec at Vaal Mall a try and Riaan Saayman solved my problem in 2 MINUTES. after weeks of frustration, it took 2 MINUTES!!! Capitec you need to get rid of dead weight like Bontle and Connie and get with the program with more assets like Riaan if you want to uphold your idea of SIMPLIFIED BANKING!!!
