Credit card approved, rejected, consultant erro

What is the ABIL there for when you call, you need to leave a voicemail and than they still don't return your call!!! I applied for an credit card, got approved signed all the docs, got the credit card, next day get called from the consultant at the branch to be told it was rejected as head office wouldn't pay out, I called head office they said no it states on the system consumer didn't' accept the offer which is so not true!!! I than called and spoke to the manager at the branch said oh it was rejected due to an address error, address was inserted incorrectly, I asked who's fault is that, they still couldn't' admit there faults blaming it on the system, they said I must come in and apply again which is nonsense!!! I would like my credit card activated as soon as possible please
