Hi there, what a couple of weeks its been. Last week I called the AA to claim for my cellphone which fell and the screen went black & only got worse. I called in and was greeted by a real awesome consultant Fadiel who explained the process in detail and with a real human caring nature. Making this ordeal as painless as possible. I really would like to thank him and his college Darren for exceptional service. I've ever experienced an insurance company with more remarkable staff. My case is closed and I'm happy and thankful for all there help.
