I lodged a claim on the 19th a few hours after my cellphone was it was a very dramatic experience due to the nature of the incident. Daron displayed empathy whilst remaining proffessional. He also took the time to ask me " how i was feeling after the ordeal " and how he would try his best to make my day better. He never made any promises that he could not deliver on. He also called back promptly to confirm that claim was finalised. He was someone i could relate to really made me feel comfortable in interacting with him. He was clear in his communication. He had good diction and was confident in his approach. He certainly is an asset to any call centre i actually made mention of him and my insurance company on facebook... explaining how happy i was with not only the turnaround time but also the manner is which it was handled. I recommend that he be recognised for his ethic and should inspire his peers to foster his attitude and willingness. He is customer orientated in a country and industry where it is seldom evident.
