Fadiel Arendze dealt with my claim from the time that I reported my item, he made me feel at ease, explained each step of the process and followed through with emails and feedback as he promised.
Fadiel was professional, friendly and gave me the impression that I was the only client and this is rare in the service industry in our current times. On finalising the claim Fadiel still offered to be of service and advised me to contact him should I have any queries/concerns.
Many friends and colleagues have frowned upon my choice of insurance company but I am so impressed with the service thus far and in particular, this claim that I will definitely not move to another insurance company.
