I took a cellphone contract with real people a few months ago and a month later they called me to offer cellphone insurance and i accepted . i was told that the insurance documents will be sent to me bt post but up to now i still have not received anything but my account is debited monthly. please get someone to call me cause i woyldnt know what to do if my cellphone was to get lost. i tried several times to contact real people.
