Bad service by FNB online banking and call centre

I truly regret leaving my previous bank for First National Bank.

I had an emergency this past weekend when I needed funds urgently from my budget credit card facility online. The error report kept popping up about an incorrect account number inserted so funds could not be processed then we had to change the date to process the transaction as it was a Sunday but still nothing happened. Eventually we phoned the call centre and it is at that time I was told that I cannot transfer funds from my credit budget facility to my cheque account as the site is under construction and the agent told me to go to the branch on a Sunday. This was a matter of life and death and I could not access my funds to help my family.
The agent was unhelpful and did not try to see if he can help in any other way. I did not access any of my funds.
There was no communication about the site being under construction and I'm extremely appalled by the incident.

I am disgusted to be associated with such a brand and I would rather take my business elsewhere.
The number one leading banking institution my foot, you are nothing but misleading.
