ATM TAKING MY MONEY WITH NO CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT

ON THE 4TH OF DECEMBER I MADE A CASH DEPOSIT AT THE WONDERPARK ATM AROUND 9:00 PM. OF THE AMOUNT OF R2800. IT IS ON OF THE MACHINE'S THAT THEY BRAG ABOUT THAT TAKE NOTES AND CASH IS IMMEDIATLY AVAILIBLE IN YOUR ACCOUNT. DURING THE DAY I COULDN'T DEPOSIT IN THE BANK AS IT WAS CLOSED DUE TO WATER DAMAGE. THE MACHINE ASKED MY DETAIL, I PUT IN MY PIN, OPEN THE SLOT AND I PUT IN THE CASH. SECONDS AFTER I MADE FUNNY SOUNDS, PUSHED OUT 3X R20 CLOSED THE SLOT AND THE SCREEN WENT RED - SAYING ITS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING. I IMMEDIATLY PHONE THE CALL CENTRE TO LOCK THE CALL AND REPORT THE INSEDEND. THE ASKED ME TO BE AT THE BRANCH AT 8H00 IN THE MORNING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I SPOKE TO MY BUSINESS BANKER: RAMONNE KEKANA. HE CALLED LATER IN THE DAY WITH A FOLLOWED MAIL TO SUPPORT IT WILL TAKE 6 WORKING DAYS TO RESOLVE WITH THE REF NR'S. 6 DAYS PASSED AND NOTHING HAPPEND. I REPORTED IT TO CUSTOMERSERVICE - STANDARD BANK AND THEY RESPOND WITH A NOTHER REF NR. 2 DAYS PASSED AND WITH LOADS OF MAILS UP AND DOWN, LOTS OF REF NR AND MAILS TO THEM AND THE CASH CENTRE WORKING APPARENTLY WITH THE ATM'S. STILL NO REPLY. THAT ATM SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECON AND EMPTY BY NOW AND MY CREDIT DONE IN ACC
