Incompetency within claims dept

Well it is now the 18th dec my last complaint on the 13th was replied to by Pravesh Bejay saying it would be seen to soonest well nothing as yet!!! If I call claims dept 0102115921 I hold on for ages in excess of 40,
Min to hear they have high call volumes but no one ever answers no wonder so many call
Then a lady calls this morning I didn't manage to get to call in time to answer but it is from unknown tel so I can't call back she says on message left she will email info thru on progress and people are meant to call me to assist
Well 3 hours later no email no calls REALLY leave a contact number or something
I must get my property sorted out now and I'm not prepared to wait for Nothing to happen
Please assist today with assess to come out friday this is now ridiculous!!!
