My Investment has decereased by over 2000 in one day and no one at the dioscovery call centrere is abale to tell me why.
I work for an asset manager and have never expreienced such pathetic service coupled with pooeer performancve and high administration costs.
No one has ever come back to me in respect of these queries either via telephone or via e- email
The call centre manager bever returns my calls and the call cwentre agents have one statbndard answer to everything -"the markets"
I have never encountered such dumbness in all my working experience
Discovery shouldnt be in asset management -Whata a pathetic and bad offering
