Discovery Invest
CANCELLING SECTION 14 TRANSFER WITHOUT CONSENT

I have been trying the last 1year & 4months to move my RAF from Old Mututal to Discovery Invest.
By that you need to complete Section 14 papers. Done that! Confirmation received.
Today I get an email from Old Mutual wereby Discovery cancelled my transfer. Without prior consultation with ME the CLIENT, without ME the CLIENTs signature or authorization.
How can an investment firm just play around with clients money / funds without the clients knowledge.

ONE YEAR AND 4 MONTHS and I'm still nowhere.
