I called to request assistance in transfering money from my account to another abroad and Ayanda was very knowledgeable on the topic and guided me step by step. Where she did not know, she put me on hold and asked someone else and did not merely answer `I don't know as so many service providers do`.
Ayanda was super efficient, an attribute which is comendable and sadly rare in the customer service industry.
