I asked Discovery to terminate my RA with Discovery invest. I filled in all the forms required and sent it off to Discovery and was told it would take 7 to 10 working days to be paid out.
I phoned after 7 working 10 and was told it would take 10 days and the claim would be escalated. it is now day 14 and I told by the call centre it has to go to SARS. What the has Discovery been doing all this time why can't they work on the time frame quoted to the client? I am then told it will take 48 hours to pay after it comes back from SARS.
This is becoming a joke if it is going to take 21 days to pay out your clients tell them up front, don't mess us around. Get you act together discovery
