Had an amount deducted on 2014/02/01 for R71.20 under the heading "ADMIN CHARGE CBP
capitalisation" What is this for?
I also had an amount deducted for R17.25 for "Internet bank fee". I never had to pay a cent for Internet banking as this is part of my Silver bundle package.
The bundle also includes my credit card. But every month I only get a R15 rebate but the credit card is costing me R19 on administration fees?
Maybe a small amount for you guys. But please explain how ABSA can just from my account? And if this is not, your hidden costs has just lost you another client.
