Billing my account without my consent

I had a loan with FNB, I lost a job and I notified them, I just got a job and they called me demanded the payment, I've arranged to pay R150, after arranging, I got SMS to notify me that they have debited R1232 from my account, so a week later they debited R760 from my account. On the 14th Dec 2013, to my surprise after when I get paid my salary they debited R7000, I called them to ask them to reverse the amount or atleast R5000 as it is a christmas time, I have a family to support, school fees, transport fares and School uniforms, but they refused, I know I need to honour mr debts, but debiting such amount and left me with R3000 only, that's cruelty. When I call Nosipho but she refused to let me to speak to manager and she hangup on me, I called again and spoke to Patric, still he refused to let me speak to Sharaaz, they are so called manager. The least they can do for me is to refund me with R5000 so I can pay my rent and all my responsibility
