My bank account was debited on 13/12/2013 for my personal loan and it is only suppose to go off end of the month.
I called FNB and was informed the money would be paid back. I arranged that the amount would debited when I received my income for the month, another debit order was loaded for 24/12/2013 and I was informed that the money taken on 13/12/2013 would be refunded.
The premium went off my account today 24/12/2013 but I have not been refunded, thus I have paid my l loan twice in one month. What a way to wake up to Christmas and this after I have contacted FNB to clarify the situation. This is unacceptable service!!
