ON THE 19th of September I transfer money from their money market, and choose my own pin. Unfortunately the pin I sent to the lady who was to get the money was incorrect, and I could not remember the pin. I quickly went back to Shoprite to change the pin because the lady was waiting to withdrawn the money as it needed to purchase flowers for church. To my surprise whe I get at Shoprite with all the document I was told that I can't change the pin I need to go the police station and made an affidavite and bring my bank statement and the money will be refunded in my account with two weeks.
I found it very strange that they did not even ask for my reference to check if the money has not been withdrawn, and they even mention that they still remember me, even after told that the money is for the church thet cant wait for two week, and why must it be deposit into my account and incur more cost. I had to draw my own money and deposit it because the lady was waiting she needed the money by Friday.
