I book flights with Kulula on my credit card frequently, & know the procedure well. Trying to book a flight today, I consistently got 'stuck' at the card payment page. I entered all the details as usual, & the site kept telling me 'We can't continue until you complete all the marked items'. The ONLY item incomplete was 'State/Province', where the drop down box was not working & I was unable to enter anything. I was attempting to book one of 3 remaining seats at the price, then the last seat at the price. My total time from choosing the flight to completing the card payment section was no more than 3 mins. Eventually I called the call centre, who repeatedly intimated it is my error, I am taking too long or entering incorrect information. Well in that case why don't I have this problem every time??? Then, they can book my flight for me but at the higher price (over R600 more), and with a booking fee.??? I offered to send screen shots of the message, of the flight I had chosen, any proof they needed that I was the wronged party. To no avail. After a long, frustrating phone call I found a cheaper flight on Mango & within 2 mins had the confirmation.
