Good Day

I booked a flight with my debit card.
The Reference Number: LHWCZC
The flight number is Flight JE244.
The terms and conditions state that if you book with a credit card you must present it upon check in
I did not have a credit card. I have a debit card.
Why am i not aksed to send this information prior to check in.

My elderly parent and child had to inconviniently wait while i wait ftry and find an office to scan and send this information. This is patentic and completely unreasonable.

I WILL NOT be using this airline again!!!
