A little concerned. My batter was flat. Was sent in circles for two hours on a cellular line to get assistance.

I asked that the send out person check the charge on the battery. The response was we dont send out Mechanics.

You dont need a mechanic to check the charge. There should be the facility on the battery charger used to jump. Given this why are staff not trained to look at this?

How can one jump a vehicle without checking the charge first?
