Unauthorized debit deduction

Last straw from FNB.
In November I had to put a complaint on Hello Peter in order to get any response from FNB who told me I could not change a faulty debit order date.
With the help of Hello Peter the mistake was fixed within 24 hours with very good service from FNB... or so I thought.
I discovered that not only did they not fix the debit order date like they said they would, but they moved it to the 13th of each month (2 weeks earlier than my request).
FNB, It looks like I will have to take you to the ombudsman for giving me bad credit!
When I tried to call the helpline today after stating my problem the call was "dropped" from my land line.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!
