Did an application for insurance on my car on the 25th November 2013, wanted a few quotes, so, contacted a few companies... and wanted to get it all wrapped up before i leave on holiday on the 20th December. Seeing that i have been banking with Standard Bank for 20 years, and had other policies with them, i contacted them too, consultant promised response and quotation within 48 hours.
Its now the 17th December 2013, 14h00, i am still waiting for a response from Standard Bank insurance. Seems like they don't require my business. Its all good, i will take it elsewhere.
One has to wonder though, do these people that that don't bother doing their jobs effectively, get to keep their jobs???
