I reported my vehicle accident on Monday 21-01-2013 @ 9:30 am Claim number 754295.
I was told an assessor would contact me within 24 hours nobody has bothered to contact me.
When you contact there call centre This is the response " we are experiencing high call volumes please be patient" three days in a row, after holding on for 30 minutes @ a time. Now i have to drive a New Bmw with the computer telling me there is something wrong with my car. When i questioned Discovery about the hired vehicle which is stated in the policy. I was told i have to wait for the assessor. WELL MAY THEY WILL CALL BEFORE EASTER HOPEFULLY.I WAS INSURED WITH OUTSURANCE BEFORE & YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THREE DAYS FOR YOUR CLAIM TO BE SORTED. SO BEFORE SWITHCHING TO DISCOVERY CHECK OUT THEIR SRVICE.
