Good day
I logged onto the Discovery website on the 3rd of Jan 2014 round 20:00 pm and opened a claim as they broke into my house while on holiday.

I got a call the very next morning and I provided them with the necessary information which included the SAPS Cas no and the list of item taken that we could see thus far.
Fingerprints were done by SAPS, and all this information were given to the lady from Discovery.

I spoke to Edith on Monday the 6th as I had to phone them, she asked me to send her a more detailed list with descriptions and make of items which I did. I phoned her again on Tuesday as I had no response and she told me they were getting quotes but I still haven't heard from the assessor she told me she will take it to her manager to put a rush on it.
I phoned her again today for the third time and she said she will contact the assessor and get back to me.
I am sorry but this is pathetic, how long is this going to take?
