I Stefan Phillips applied for a new savings account with Standard Bank the branch within MTN SA @ 14 Ave Fairlands on the 10/12/2013.
I was advised to come back the next day as my account needed to be approved by the Constania branch which is also on 14th Ave as the guy who is always there advised so, not sure what's his name.
I then returned 2 days later on the 12/12/2013 as the 11th he advised they omly recieved it that same morning, I then recieved nothing... I then came today 17/12/2013 and was told that he doesnt know whats going on at Constania but I am not applying at Constania and why should I wait a week just to open a new SAVINGS account, I am going under debt review and cant send my aaplpication form without new bank details can someone please sort this OUT because I think I have been inconvienced way to long now and I am going further into a financial situation then what I am already in due to STANDARD BANK making me wait for my bank details or account, please I would like this to be sorted out by the end of Tomorrow 18/12/2013 as I need to go under debt review URGENT!!!
