MiWay's service provider parts from my ca

Before I complain, I'd like to first mention that Unica Van Leeuwen's service was outstanding.
I lodged a claim with MiWay on the 22nd of November and the claim was approved. The vehicle was towed to Mokar who is MiWay's service provider. After receiving the vehicle, Mokar informed that they will only be able to fix the vehicle on the 14th of January 2014. I told them that I could not wait for that long as I needed the car to go home in Dbn. I requested MiWay to make a plan. Unica decided that they will pay out the money and then I'll have to find the panel beater of my choice at my own risk. A letter was sent to Mokar to release the car on the 6th. After going back and forth with them as they did not want to release my car, they eventually did. The car was eventually sent to the correct Toyota but without the whole bumper and accessories and my personal belongings were also missing. Toyota had the parts ready since Tuesday but they only received the car on Thursday the 12th. I cannot drive my car in the current position and I'm paying for a hired car. MiWay doesn't want to assist but it's their service provider. I'm stuck and I don't know what to do.
