Booked my car in on 26/08/2013, returned during the week of 21/10/2013 in appalling state - 9 WEEKS LATER. My car was brought out the workshop the bonnet is standing open (has not been closed), got into my car and the engine will not start - jump start my car - appalled, to be receiving my vehicle in this state. cannot open my boot via central locking or the button inside my car - car will not start AGAIN. jump start my car again, WM says needs to charge the battery for 6 hours. Another day no car! Collect car for second time; Radio does not switch on, my boot will not open, Passenger window the glass is clearly chipped, Flat battery (audacity to tell me my battery developed dead cells whilst sitting in workshop for 9 wks) need MORE repairs! 2 days later - email; "unfortunately considering the age of your vehicle we won't be able to stand liability for the battery" My car has been serviced at approved dealerships at every required interval, I can assure was in proper condition before it arrived at Technostar. Left my car for 8 weeks sitting dead still in the workshop. want car returned to me in a decent condition.
