I bought a new car battery on 31/12/13 on 28/01/13 I noticed this battery is running down went in to them on 29/01/14 with my receipt which I believe is my gaurentee and the said the bettery is dry and that is not covered and its my responsibilit not their problem. I don't understand that at all! How often are you supposed to check battery water in a new battery? Gave me some story about my altenator not giving a correct charge but I have since gone to another company, don't know if allowed to put names, and got a battery from them another r900 later and got no problems charging good and everything is fine asked the new company what I could do and they said looks like the battery I bought from autozone is cooked but nothing they can do not ther company only give their opinion would very much like assistance with this as I still have the receipt for the old batter and feel that they did not keep their part on the warrenty for the battery and its a lot of money to lose thank you kindly for looking at my problem
