I would like to thank Yusrah from Budget insurance Durban claims department who handled my claim when I had an accident. She worked around my busy schedule and was always able to call me back whenever she called and I was busy. She organised towing and a rental vehicle for me in record time, and also got my vehicle assessed and returned to me in record time as well.

You'd think being on Budget Saver would mean an inferior service, but not at all. First class service all the way. I am happy to be using budget insurance and their service partner (Telesure: Thanks Vernon Van Der Merwe). I would gladly recommend them.
