WESBANK DISAPPOINTS AGAIN

We purchased and financed a vehicle through Wesbank in November 2012 and discovered, when we were renewing the annual vehicle license today, that the vehicle had never been registered in our name. Wesbank's Terms and Conditions for an Installment Agreement in Section 4.1 clearly states the following : 'Should the Goods be a motor vehicle, the Goods will be registered in our name as 'Title Holder' and in your name as 'Owner', and you must keep the Goods in good and roadworthy condition, all at your own cost.

We upheld our end of the agreement, but Wesbank failed to register the vehicle. Despite us submitting the original roadworthy certificate, together with the original and signed vehicle agreement.

It is not the first time we have encountered this kind of problem with Wesbank. I expect Wesbank to rectify this immediately, before we become liable to a fine.
