We opened a policy 5 years ago to save up for the education of a child who was born 5 years ago in the 5 years we didn't receive a document policy after numerous queries. We eventually decided to cancel the policy and found out that only 30% of our premiums is going to the savings and the rest is protection, a protection that we didn't even know about and we won't even be able to get that money back. When you cancel the policy you only get 30% none of this information was explained to us and for 5 years they failed to send us the policy document. The application form has a mathematical error showing a lesser premium than what we actually paying yet it was approved with that error. That policy is daylight
