I cancelled my car insurance with ABSA and am glad i did!!! I was suppose to receive my pro rata refund and its been 3 weeks since ive sent through all my documents and no feedback whatsover and now i call the call centre am told it was paid yet its not reflecting on my account and when i ask what steps i need to take am told i must liase my with my bank i dont get why i should do the running around when ABSA is the one that made a deposit that i cant see i dont even have proof that the payment was made so in the 3 years of being a client you managed very well to take up montly installments and now u get it wrong when you not on the receiving end. You have already caused me telephone expenses of calling and finding out why my refund is not paid i dont need another headache of trying to find out where the money is? Have u ever heard of Service level Agreements and customer experience cause you cant take 3 weeks to process a refund really get this matter sorted.
