I just received a call from Absa credit card colletions to say that they are giving me a discount of 70% because its my birthday. They said i owe them R2000.00 of which i made a payment sometime in 2011, i dont even have the documents with me. They sent to an attorney, and he is the one who collected the money. i even sent the letter to the branch for confirmation as well and they told me my account was closed, this year they call me again to say that i owe them. im not happy with their services at all. from now i dont even want to do services with them in the future anymore. Just because someone didnt do their job from their side now i have to suffer for something I paid a longtime.
