Poor Customer Service/FICA Issues/No Feedback!!!

I am a very disgruntled customer right now.

I have 2 complaints:

I have had an account with Absa Bank for only 5 months; in this period, they have locked my account 3 times; they do not even send me an email or text stating that they are locking it; I only keep finding out when I go to withdraw money or when I try to do transactions through internet banking. Then when I call, I keep being asked to go to the Irene Branch to FICA; I have done so 3 times this month (crazy stuff).

And there is the life insurance policy they offered me which I have been trying to get cancelled; then then they keep sending me messages that it was cancelled on the 31st of July 2013 and a refund was made; I never received the refund. I have been calling and holding for days now.

Absa is such a big name but I find their service very poor!!!

Someone resolve these issues NOW!
