I have been out of the country for nearly 2 year now but return once a year for a visit. i am currently living in Dubai U.A.E when i first left i went into a FNB branch to find out if there would be any issues of me leaving and would my account still work the answer was yes. i still periodically use my account here in Dubai and defenetly still use it when i return home Friday i tryed to use the account and it would not let me access it so i called up today and after being on the phone for 15 min to 2 people they wanted me to call some 1 else.

i need assistance but cant keep calling and cant wait days to resolve the problem either f any1 from FNB can assist it would be greatly appreciated can contact me on 971 50 518 7611 or e-mail me on [Email Removed]

i have received endless BAD service from FNB and if ever to return to SA permanently would defiantly change my bank
